It’s true. And for the case of luxury cars, Uganda seems to be the ultimate destination. A couple of months ago, the kenyan presidential motorcar was tracked down to Wandegeya, a local suburb in Kampala, Uganda. That plus many other similar incidents. The stories, save for that Chinese story, are trolls. Ha ha. Well, they funny!
