I Write What I Like - Steve Biko Written about Black Consciousness under Apartheid but applies broadly to freedom of thought. Must read for any iconclastic founder who wants to create a new paradigm.
The Idealist - Nina Munk An account of one of the biggest failtures in NGO/charity models to raise Africans out of poverty.
Value Proposition Design - Alex Osterwalder Visual book full of structured models for building things customers want. Helps first-time founders clarify their thinking.
