Unit Economics for startups


How much is a customer worth? How much does it cost to acquire a customer?

If you can’t answer these basic questions, it’s hard to know if your startup is sustainable or not.

Unit economics analysis will help you answer these questions.

In the coming weeks, I will be posting another excel sheet that can help you understand how to use unit
economics to better understand a business.

In the excel sheet, you will be able to make assumption on customer lifetime value (CLTV), retention data
and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Also i will discussing how to use them.
