I still feel it’s too much. What’s the NCC trying to prove here? If you really want to fine, fix a reasonable amount and enforce it, rather than something outrageous and then backing down later.
There’s no love lost between me and MTN, but I’m really feeling sorry for them. They’ve been through a lot lately.
