The guide was made specifically for people either already doing business online in Nigeria, or contemplating going into business online. The guide covers various important things like protecting ideas, legal issues in domain name choosing, tax issues, payment considerations, data protection etc.
We initially sent communication to the Techcabal blog to share the guide, but then realised the Radar platform is probably the more appropriate place to share this guide.
We are going to publish future guides in specific areas in the coming months (for e.g we are currently working on one which looks at the legal issues in starting an online betting website in Nigeria), so hopefully we can use the feedback and comments we get from this guide to improve future guides.
