The problems: Untapped young talents, ICT Talent gap / shortage, Digital illiteracy, Teens-in-limbo.
S.T.E.P is designed to unlock ICT potentials in teens within age 13-20 (at no cost to them). We also nurture tech-driven ideas from teens. STEP offers a unique approach to training students which involves incubation, internship in tech companies, mentorship, and deployment (where they are deployed into the market to start trading their skills for economic value).
STEP currently has 100 students registered and increasing daily (without adverts).
And we intend to make money from advertisements, advanced trainings, and commercialized inventions.
