Nice Bro, One thing I’ve noticed with the online rental business is the time between uploading a video/photoshoot and the property being taken. Do the landlords inform you when the property is gone since it is likely that you won’t be the only agent?
Whether landlord or agents. If you actively post properties, atleast once a week. Every week, we push out notifications via SMS asking if so and so property is still available, they can respond by sending rented before property ID like ‘Rented KPID626’ and the property will be marked as rented online.
However people forget which of their property matches an ID, so they don’t use this much. As a fail-safe, we have an automatic life shelve for rent listings, after period is past, it’s automatically marked as unavailable and agents get notification to this effect and they can add re-upload the same property if it’s still available. This is mostly for rented property for sales listings have a longer life shelve.
It’s not perfect, but we try to automate every processes as much as possible.
Nice one. The 360 view is dope.
Most of the points I wanted to raise have been raised by @PapaOlabode
In addition, there’s a lot of text on the request page, so trimming down will help to take in the information in little bites.
Also, a pedantic observation, the icons for bedroom and bathroom do not match. Need to swap. See screenshot below.
@87_chuks you know your buiness. You’re riguor is impressive and uncommon ! Big up!
Makes sense. Without automation your team will be bogged down in no time.
Missed this earlier.
@ADT that’s one helluva catch…Thanks.
