Just because the situation is so bad. Does not mean we can’t do something to change the game.
Tell me what has come out from any Nigerian Universities today that other universities will in collaborate on. Do you even know the history why open source technology exist.
Yes am fedup with excuses of government, corruption can you even go to your local council website. You don’t need government to build good computing gadgets
We’re doing things. We’re starting from areas where it’s needed most. A Nigerian Chrome or Nigerian Windows isn’t solving anybody’s problems. Nigeria is a 3rd world country. The market is an emerging market. There are far more pressing needs.
Yeah safe to say you don’t know what the system is like in those agencies. Lol. You think you can just waltz in and try to digitize them just like that? Do you know that people have tried before? You know how many ghost workers are in their payroll? Do you know that this would cut off their ghost worker bread? You can get killed for it sef. 
Let me stop before I start saying too much.
I understand where the base of your sentiment is but you’re prioritizing the wrong things and you’re venting at the wrong audience in my opinion.
