Unfortunately. This review is not good and I have not good issues as well.
Since @honestopinion has resurrected this topic. Permit me to ask if ACE has improved her customer experience. Please anyone? I need to know before I consider using them. Thank you.
I personally hate businesses with a god complex…most passionately. I am also a service person, and I know how ‘‘Clients’’ can be at times, whether billionaires or otherwise, there is no way I will ever for any reason not go all out …I mean ALL OUT TO DELIVER on my promises to my clients…I run A Zero EXCUSE policy for my clients. I dont tell them stories why their projects wouldnt be delivered on time, or relate sob tales on why we will not be able to achieve deliverables…It will be like shooting myself in the Leg.
And you cant tell me simple delivery business is as complex as Real Estate design/construction project management where a thousand things can literally go wrong with catastrophic consequences.
It is simple incompetence for ACE to be this arrogant in dealing with a Client.
I hate excuses because I dont give excuses. Service providers should know not to tell stories. Deliver on your promise 100 percent of the time, and make sure you treat every client like a babe you are wooing.

If the experience is still not good enough after 10 months, then it’s good to safely conclude, delivery services will be the bug bear of ecommerce businesses.
You can only have a high-risk employee. And you can only create a high-risk customer; it’s your duty to make your customers happy no matter what. Go ask Jeff Bezos how he started.
This is so wrong. It’s business and not a family where father-son relationship exists and no profanity is allowed. If you push a client to the wall, some of them will likely go the profanity way. You should be ready to face whatever you call profanity cos a lot more of them will still come in the future, and if you handle it this same way, I’m afraid the patience threshold of such future clients may not be as high as this one, and the extent of broadcast of their dissatisfaction will definitely have more reach and negative impact
@tunde_kehinde, hope this issue has been resolved and solution integrated into your system.We are start-ups on the hunt for logistics solution and I’m sure I would not want to pass through this experience, being a start-up that would face so many challenges, the best way to grow is to resolve from customers feedback, Having a repeated returning, satisfied and happy customers ‘ARE’ our business.
