I’m very sure this posting is for one person. 100% sure

Haha. It just sounds like they are looking for a full stack dev to me. Question is if they plan on paying full stack salary :sunglasses:

The JD is just an idea of who the client is looking for, they sure cannot get a perfect candidate but one with at least 60% of it.

HTML5 and CSS are not programming languages.

But i will like to know what is the pay for this magical position?

LOL… I guess they should be ready to empty the bank

So what’s the issue with being honest? One reason why i think recruitment and HR needs serious disruption.

I remember one interview I went for based on a referral. They were saying all these things above and I asked, what are you really looking for, what problem would you like my presence to solve, where’s the gap in your team? Without answering any of this, leads me to think 1. you just need bodies 2.dishonest and if you can be dishonest from recruitment, i don’t think it’s going to get any better!
