Yeah…cos of their work experience

The concept of job security only exists in government jobs. If you want job security, go to the civil service. No one is safe in the corporate world as even CEOs get fired from the companies they started.

In case it’s of interest to anyone, we’re looking for Java Developers…it’s a fully remote role. You can send CV and interesting links to me directly via DM or if you prefer, send to jobs@prognostore.com

My advice to startup is hire employees who can multi-task. Keep your workforce minimum. Minimise unnecessary expenses. Focus more on efficiency.

The only thing founder CEOs leave with if they are fired are their shares. That is why it is called a hostile takeover.

This is one of the reasons why founder CEOs now engineer the board to be composed of their goons whilst reserving Class A stock for themselves and Class B stock for others. At the end of the day, the corporate world is dog eat dog. If you want job security, go to the civil service.

And I bet you, most of those Konga guys would get jobs sooner than you can imagine; especially the technical ones.
