Still in the ranting mode… Jumia is an extension of a popular Chinese website. I just don’t see my self shopping there because their is zero quality control. I would rather just shop with my dollar card ,

As a rule, I only patronize Jumia for phones they’ve been appointed as the sole distributor. Even at that, I make sure I only order when the phones are new in market. Any purchases thereafter only means you will be buying refurbished phones. Jumia is just an extension of CMS market Lagos 
i think eCommerce models business model has evolved the likes of amazon succeeded because they evolved to more technology inclined coy than retail coy , they used retail as a customer acquisition channel and for business intelligence.Buying , Selling and Delivery overhead is high , margins are small ,competition is high generally the odds are high.
