I have never seen a Nigerian freelancer all these years on Upwork. Its either they are too big for Upwork OR My job post budget level is always too low OR maybe we do not have the freelancing spirit OR we lack the awareness of the existence of these platforms OR We cant get ourselves to compete globally OR maybe part of the overpriced attitude the Iroko guy wrote about.
But with this falling Naira, even I myself will be happy to do a few jobs If I found one 
Anyway, there are other jobs apart from Dev jobs in the global pool here.
