HELP: Developer friendly EMV EFT POS

Hi.

Please anyone experienced in developing EFT POS in C or C++.
The ones I’ve seen currently requires moving from Linux to Windows, back and forth.
I just want one that will use a stable environment: Linux or Windows but not both
