Just like @abbeydot said, you need to use the data you have to check for consumer behaviors. There is ALWAYS a trend and data can help you uncover it. Try self-service business intelligence analytics tools to uncover these data. Consolidate your data and look for patterns. Once you’ve been able to identify what we call a “sales qualified lead”, use that information to qualify your future orders. I recommend setting up a kind of barrier or questions as a form of screening process. Good luck.
