Does your startup have a sexual harassment policy? A written policy? If you don’t know, ask your HR or executives. If it does, could you please share? Perhaps this thread could be used to crowdsource a sexual harrasment policy for companies that don’t have one yet.
We do not have and I guess many blue chips in this part of the world are less concerned about things of this nature. It will be good to have people share.
We don’t have but we have Gender Policy with sexual harassment contents.
We can create one together, as long as the policy isn’t biased against men…because from the ongoing narrative within the tech space, it appears that only the females have been (or can be) sexually harassed in the work place.
