Czoid Jobs: Drivers needed (Salary ₦100k - ₦250k)

  1. Can you speak good English?
  2. Are you a good storyteller?
  3. Do you have a drivers license (Class B)?
  4. Can you drive?

If your answer to all these questions is yes, then we are looking for you. Czoid Ltd is an Artificial intelligence and Logistic company that uses technology to optimize supply chain management.

We are willing to pay between ₦100k - ₦250k monthly depending on your level of experience and skills.

Send a scanned copy of your drivers license to hr@czoid.com for an interview. If you meet our criteria we will employ you in 24 hrs, we need 60 drivers.

100K * 60 = 6M in payroll per month - just for drivers. Is it weed or coke that they will be delivering? I thought the business model in this line of business was BYOV (Bring Your Own Van). Apart from your POF profile nothing seem to catch my attention about the company during a quick Google search. So I have decided to have a career change to be driver, apart from the fictitious 100K, why should I submit my CV? Am I being too interested or sounding like a troll?

What is “fictitious” about claiming to pay a driver 100k or even 500k. This is just **********.
Why don’t you apply first; so through with the requirement and come back when you are not paid your salary as agreed or something.

So I guess, I can conclude that you are mischievously collecting the personal details of vulnerable people? Since you can afford to pay “drivers” 500K per month, can I also conclude that your company is 100 times the size of DHL?

So you want the “scanned copies” of drivers licences? Since I am interested in applying, please can you confirm how my data will be stored and destroy? Do you have a link to your privacy terms? How will my data be used and who will have access to it? What guarantees do I have that you are not selling my data to ISIS or Boko Haram to steal my identity?

I am all ears…

Who is this guy? Am out of here…

Now you are being a troll.

Prospective employers collect personal information from prospective emplyees all the time, it’s called an application. And saying that someone is offering fictitious pay without proof is slanderous.

Please desist.

@lordbanks - I know I am sounding like a troll. But let’s face it, will you support me advertising for the position of a Houseboy and offering to pay 1M but people has to send the scanned copies of their passport as part of the application (not an offer!)? Doesn’t it sound like baiting?Especially if my website is under construction and all Google knows is my POF profile. I know sensible people will read through the lines but what of the desperate folks?

The fact that companies do it does not make it right…

I am ready to punished now as I have finished my demonstration…

Tola, it is myopic to think drivers can’t earn as much as ₦100k a month. Drivers on our ‘rent to own’ program, earn significantly more. You obviously can speak English. Apply and we will clear your doubt.

@ChikaObuah, I respect your hustle and you can pay drivers whatever you like. I just don’t subscribe to the fact of collecting scanned copies before an offer is made. This my personal opinion.

About the 100K per month, I am waiting for the testimonials of you future employees. Even the BYOV barely survives, lets see how you fare as well grounded business also do struggle - So I want to see how you will do it. You can call me skeptical

@Tola Thanks for your feedback. However it is very myopic to conclude that our business model is BYOV. In fact, it is the opposite.

We asked for scanned copies of drivers license because we don’t want to waste time interviewing hopefuls who are not ready to go. We need 60 drivers who are ready to start this week. So if you know anyone please encourage them to apply.

Is Czoid a pseudonym for Uber?

Please can you share more details on the job responsibility?
I am more interested in the flexibility of the job, what will the start time and end time be on a daily basis?
this 250k does not look bad at all, i mean compared to what i currently earn at an ‘international organisation’ with 5 years experience and a masters degree :ok_woman:
i dont mind being a driver if i have flexible working hours to accomodate a working mom

@Idarlington No it is not. Czoid is a separate company that runs its own service on ride-sharing services like Uber.

@Nelo We are looking for people like you.

Drivers generally earn very low when the car is a liability to the owner. But the case is very different when the car is an asset. At Czoid we have a range of products and services and this one (Czoid Driver Program), is designed to meet the needs of customers who demand the highest level of chauffeur service and are willing to pay for it.

A great chauffeur is a lot, but in summary, it is; arriving on time, neat and properly functioning car, polite conversations, good driving and good knowledge of the road.

To earn as much as ₦100k - ₦250k monthly might require you to work more than 150 hours in a month. The most productive time to work is typically; weekday( 5am-10am and 3pm- 10pm) and weekends (anytime). The best drivers have shown we can consistently pay them above ₦800 an hour, and at Czoid we provide you with very flexible working hours. We do not discriminate; whether age, sex, tribe, weight, religion, race or premiership club, everyone is invited.

Besides the scanned drivers license, what else should the email contain?

@ATTG Your phone number so we can contact you. Once we contact you, you will go through 3 stages of interview;

  1. Driving skills test: This will test your ability to drive, knowledge of cars and your knowledge of Lagos.
  2. Communication skills test: This will test your ability to communicate effectively with our customers.
  3. Happiness test: This will test your ability to make anyone happy in 10 minutes.

This company needs a tech driver

@okeziestanley Nope. Just a decent driver who can drive and communicate effectively with educated customers.

Not sure radar is the best place for this ad.

Also been seeing this all over the place… Trended on Twitter.
I’m with Tola on this.
One needs to be cautious.
