Any android developer in the house ready for equal equity split?

Hi guys,
So I’ve got two fantastic ideas with viral potentials.
I’m in need of an android developer who can bring this ideas to life. Your job will be to make and deploy the product in record time while my job will be to market the product.
You won’t be paid but you’ll get equal equity in both apps. If you’re up for the task, holla at me.

Firstly, Any average - experienced android dev, would have heard this statement in some form [quote=“delurge, post:1, topic:14316”]

Ideas are everywhere dude, fantastic ones, that’s not to say yours isn’t special but the least you could do is at least share which space your idea intends to play in. You’d have more probability of exciting someone that way

Secondly, You think you need just an android guy, that’s an issue. You probably would need a design or UI/UX guy and a back end guy; not knowing that doesn’t gives the reader/dev guy the confidence that you have done adequate research on your ideas(Trust me you need to do this).

Thirdly, You are asking for this job to be done in record time??, record time? for no pay - what incentive do you think would make someone do that. Leave his job or other projects to work on this awesome idea that may or may not work?

Also, bro - you need to sell something(show us what you have built/done before), the way you have have shared your thoughts, it’s seemingly clear you intend to take no risks and still want equal equity with a guy who would spend hours on your app.

Just sharing my thoughts though, All the best in your search,

Thanks for your analysis @Fola_Moses. Great points you raised there. I appreciate every form of feedback. I’ll put all of that into consideration going forward.

“Record Time” sounds so discouraging especially when you’re not paying a dime. It gives the notion that you won’t be considerate with delays and 90% of app projects experience some form of delay. I have hardly seen an app project that was delivered on the first deadline that is set.
So please edit your post and remove ‘Record Time’, since you’re not paying. It would have been more encouraging to say Dev can work at his/her own pace obviously not meaning the dev should be slow but implying no pressure like the kind of pressure a paid client would give. Ideas are cheap, execution is everything

If you’re not up for the offer, least you can do is move on to the next thread. No point in spreading negativity. The terms have been spelt out openly and the best thing to do is reach out without even commenting.
I wonder why people seem to be too opinionated in other people’s businesses. You sound like you will come up with lots of excuses. The startup spirit is pure grit. Delaying gratification and hustling till what you built becomes successful. You want to collect money and run en? Or building a shitty product because you have no stake in the product? Let’s learn to mind our business. If you have no positive thing to add to the conversation please hold your peace.

Fam no offense meant. Apologies if the comment came off the wrong way. All the best

Good luck finding a developer with such an attitude.
