NaijaPay is not solving the issue of payment rather we are solving the issue of trust and building good reputation for Nigerian shoppers.
Like you said some marchant have removed Nigeria from list of countries so really a virtual card will not help and thus limited to things that everyday users want to buy.
When seller see address like this

Then red flag is raised immediately. Your payment may go through but seller can decide and say you know what. Nah am not sending goods to that place.
