Accept payments for free using Amplify

Hello Radarians,

My name is Olatunde, I am in charge of customer success and engagement at Amplify - a payment solution that allows you accept and manage recurring payments online.

I have news I think might interest some members of this community.

Amplify is currently processing payments for free. If you integrate Amplify into your website or app and go live between now and November 30th, 2016, Amplify will charge 0% transaction fees and settle you the full amount paid by your customers.

This means, if you sell an item for N20,000 and your customer pays N20,000 with his/her card, Amplify will settle N20,000 into your account.

You can learn more about this promo here

I am new here and I look forward to learning from and engaging members of this community. I am also happy to answer any questions you might have as regards what I just shared.

You guys got no chill at all… lol

Does Amplify accept micro payments like N10?

lol … I think you’ll owe them according to their pricing. Let’s see :sunglasses:

They charge 2.0% + N20

Maths Time…
((2/100) * 10) + 20 = N20.2 charge

So you’ll owe them N10.2 after receiving a payment of N10. This is excluding the N100 withdrawal fee. So that’s N-110.2 in total … Hilarious!!!

Don’t mind me though I’m just bored right now.

Yes Amplify processes Micro-payments. Transactions below N100 are processed free of charge and are settled in bulk, not per transaction.

This means if you have a thousand N10 transactions in a week, that comes to N10,000. We will settle you N9900 after the settlement fee of N100 has been deducted.

I hope this answers your question.
