From indications on the Lagos Rent thread , you guys are going to be providing full rental services with Dispute handling and management and I must add the default property management services that comes before that.
And you also continue to claim as a primary service; shared rentals which is a derivative of the larger rental space; then the continued claim on Tourism and its extensive industry, bringing your offerings to a dizzy cap.
Now, am not even trying to call you out for the heck of it. And i wont ask again why you’re not focusing on one offering, am telling you to. If no one has told you, hear it; focus on one product or on a few very closely related offerings.
Tourism and Rentals are loosely complimentary. Very thinly connected.
I have checked on your site, and I’d say it’s more suited for the shared rental offering.
No doubt you believe in your product(s) and yourself as the promised convener. This is good. The energy also in your introduction and every reply so far, has been great. But you’ll need to focus all that on one primary service. Try it. It doesn’t take away from your capacity, it reinforces it.
